There was a problem yesterday, something is stalling the PC roll out. It got restarted, but I have no more information.

Most people understand when there emerge problems that delay the roll out of Coatings and similar stuff.

What most people don't understand is when this happens and there isn't any notice.

It's 14 days since the end of the event and you still didn't manage to properly inform people let alone roll out the skin pack.

It's becoming embarassing.

Yes ... i don't mind getting bad news, as long as i am getting news. No information at all is worse. I understand if we don't get an update during the weekend, but atleast at monday i would have expected to get a statement. Especially if you told us before you will keep us updated...

We were actually posting active updates on our social pages, apologies for leaving this thread out. We had run into minor issues that held us back, but they've been resolved and everyone that hasn't received their reward should have it in the next 24 hours. We appreciate everyone's understanding and patience, this was certainly not something that was planned or expected.
