Somehow you've made the Energy Wheel even worse than it was which is quite a feat to be honest, none of us care about shiny new outfits, decals or ships we just want controls that work properly thats all we ask. Will there be any changes to Energy wheel in the future?

Doesn't matter how good you are, there's always someone better.

Actually, I think it works much better.

I agree with dark a few matches in and i can already feel the difference and not in a good way, Ifind it Impossible that you could have made the glitchness before and ramp it up, forget switching from engines to Shields or weapons as needed, Its so slow and when you manage to get what you want, Useing the coms switchs it off....

But im just a fan of the game and want it to do well, and for the life of me i can not figure out why you dont just map the power settings to the D pad and just have the track pad for coms, well unless you are saving them for special abilitys or something later.

We understand that there may be players that like the changes, some may not. We're certainly going to continue to listen to community feedback and do what we think is best for the experience and players. Dreadnought will continue to evolve on both platforms in a variety of ways, so I would never consider any changes or adjustments as final.

We appreciate the feedback everyone!

I agree with the idea for the D pad. Failure to use energy when needed is extremely frustrating, as I have always thought that energy is a key in this game.

Agreed, but ultimately I would like to see it on the D-Pad overall.

Energy and how it's utilized is certainly important across the board, using it properly can turn the tide of a match pretty drastically. There are certainly plans to add more control schemes/customization in the future.

A big issue is that the majority of us have developed some form of muscle memory when it comes to swiping on the touchpad. As it stands right now, any touch/tap of the touchpad deactivates the energy wheel and turns whatever you have selected off, instead of swiping down like we had before. This makes it too easy to deactivate the energy wheel setting by accident (the touchpad IS the biggest button on the DS4 controller).

Yeah, I reinstalled the game because the Devs said that the energy wheel was improved. I played one game- ONE GAME- and it was so much worse than before. Uninstalled the game right after. The Devs should listen to their player base OR THEY WON'T HAVE ONE. Bind the energy wheel to the Dpad for crying out loud!!!
