Yup. That's for PC AND PS4. Distribution will be done at the same time.

Will the Elite status compensation start from when the compensation is given or can we decide when to have it?

Everything is going to be pushed within the same timeframe, so as soon as you receive the compensation.

As general feedback, this is my major beef with the "Elite Status" current implementation. Play time is variable, and there can be days or in some cases weeks were I cannot play at all. As such, paying for a defined timeframe that is independant of actual gametime is highly unattractive.

Clearly via stats our ingame time is trackable, if Elite Status was changed to apply to time actually spent in game, it would become much more attractive to myself personally.

Obviously the amount of time would require adjustment, as 3 months of status if only in game would be much (typically) longer in the real world for most players. For example, there would be 2,160 real hours in 3 months of game time. If you were to assume a (probably generous) average playtime of 2 hours per day, then "3 months" of Elite woudl then become 180 hours.

Or for that matter offer both. Those with buttloads of playtime (to be in highschool/failing college again ) can buy by the month if desired, those of us with a more constrainted playtime can purchase by the game-period.

We certainly hear ya. Don't be shocked if changes to the Elite Status implementation are made in the future.

That's good to hear. I'm in the same boat as Daxten, my student/constant gaming days are long gone, and long stretches can go by when I just don't have time to play, so as much as I'd like to support the game more, Elite seems like a waste of money for me atm.

And "boom"goes the PBX. Didn't know this was an issue but i can see the concern behind it. Well, then, cool on looking into it and hearing, Devs!
