Not able to start due to DirectX 11 bug.

Hello, I have just installed Dreadnought and have been trying to play, but if I try to launch the game, it sends me this message:

"No graphics card supporting DirectX 11 was detected. Please make sure your systems hardware is DX11 compliant."

Even though I have DirectX 12 on my computer. I don't know why this is happening, but I would sincerely appreciate some help.

I have tried troubleshooting many times, but there is probably something I am missing.

It's most likely a driver issue. Restart your computer.

I've tried before, oubviously, it didn't work. I just tried a few more times but it didn't work. thank you for the effort though!

Try reinstalling your drivers, select the "clean" install option, or roll them back. You can also try using CClean to clean up the registry and file exstentions that may cause problems.

If doing the clean install of your drivers did not resolve your issue, please send us a ticket so we can have a closer look at your system and see if we can find a solution for you. Also, be sure to send us a copy of your DxDiag and MSInfo so we can get a head start looking into this problem.
