Problems entering a match

After ive entered the que and a match is fount and the map splash screen comes up with the loading reticule. It just stays there and i have to quit the game to reset the situation.

Could you write what support says to that? I have that problem as well sometimes. I just assumed it was a problem with my pc or connection.

It can be that. Sometimes It can be corrupted game files. Only support can tell you what it is in your individual case.

Hey guys, we are aware that this is an issue and we are currently investigating.

Can you follow up with the following questions to our CS team:

  • Which fleet you queued up in?
  • Game mode?
  • Map?
  • Where are you located (Country)?
