After ive entered the que and a match is fount and the map splash screen comes up with the loading reticule. It just stays there and i have to quit the game to reset the situation.

Could you write what support says to that? I have that problem as well sometimes. I just assumed it was a problem with my pc or connection.

It can be that. Sometimes It can be corrupted game files. Only support can tell you what it is in your individual case.
