Purchased modules, lost credits and didn't receive modules

Today I bought 10 modules on my Jutland that I had researched earlier. Each one gave the pop-up that it was purchased and equiped. I tried to claim my Monarch and I received an error, 'Something went wrong.' I relogged and all of the modules were researched, but no longer purchased and all my credits are still gone.

Edit - Logged back in and 3 of the 10 modules are purchased, hope the others show up eventually

Hmm, let's figure out what went wrong there. When you have a moment, please write a support ticket with the following information:

  • What are the names of the modules and the ships that you purchased them on?
  • Could you take a screenshot of the tech trees you purchased modules on?
  • How many credits did you have prior to purchasing these modules?
  • Were you purchasing these items while queued up for a match?
  • If yes to the previous question, did the match start when you purchased these items?
  • Were you doing anything else in the Hangar while purchasing these items?

Well, I logged in again and now all but 3 of the purchases are showing up. All mods were for the Jutland, I was not in queue but I had just finished a match. Before the purchases I had ~250k credits. The modules were Plasma Broadside, Tartarus Missiles, Fighters, Vulture Missiles, Triad Pods, Stasis Pulse, Endurance Mode, which show up as purchased now. Nuclear Missile, Anti-Missile Laser, and Interceptors still show up as researched but unpurchased. It's wierd but it seems to slowly be fixing itself. I just posted this and the screenshot in a support ticket, thanks for the quick reply.

There have been moments where there's a lag between the purchase and receiving of items. So, sometimes it just takes a little bit of time to receive them. Our teams are still pinpointing the issue to see how the overall purchase experience could improve.

I guess I could have just waited but I thought it would be more difficult to resolve if I did. Didn't want to lose all those credits. Thanks again for the quick responses. o7
