So i just played this game did ok with 5 kills, 4 assist, 1 cap and no deaths Scoreboard say 1330 points but i only get 604 exp in reward, no battlebonus or win bonus, normally i should have got like 10 time more then that. How come the score is so low?

Contact support. It might be a bug they don't know about, or it could be one that will be fixed with steam. No harm in letting them know. They are generally really good at helping you. Link to support is in signature below.

Score and XP are not linked 1:1, in certain modes you get huge amounts of score but not a lot of XP for that.

This means 4k score in CQ are similar to 1k score in TDM. As a rough guess. Needs some work.

Also depending on game mode you might get different XP and or score rewards for your actions.

Like in Onslaught healing only nets you half the score, and ultimately also XP.

I've found this game sooo slow on the progress that after 8 months away I've started playing World of Warships again. The grind game got the better of me and spending so much time and seeing little payback just didn't measure up with games that provide missions and steady progression.

Let's hope Steam fixes that too.

As we've been all hands on both PC and PS4's update, there are a number of things that our team plans to improve once it's released. Progression and flow is something that has been assessed, and will continue to be. The thing is, we have to get this update up and out before our teams can focus on things outside of it.

I've been looking forward to the Steam release as the influx of new players will be nice to see. I just don't see how that will do anything to address the chat messages I see more often than not everytime I log on to play (60%) with people trying to find someone to play Legendary with them.

I also hope the new players bring friends/make friends in game, because I think that will be a factor in keeping people playing through the grind; otherwise I believe we will be destined to continue to see the 'Is anyone playing Leg, I've been waiting ages for a game?' messages - but if you're happy to see that continue to be, then so be it. The backend changes, adjustments, and the new UI should make the chat discrepencies a thing of the past. It's something we've talked about previously, this update is changing up quite a bit across the board. Both on the frontend and backend.

It's clear that some people have reached Legendary, while the majority reside (and have resided) in Recruit, and Veteran. This is not news. Increasing the size of the pool and getting the attention of new/more driven (and above casual) players will certainly increase the amount of Legendary players in the long run.

The messages aren't a discrepancy - it's a reflection of the low numbers at Leg looking for a game.

As stated, lets hope the new players stick around for the long run; from the low numbers at Leg searching for games in chat, that strategy didn't seem to work last time. Let's hope it does this time around.
