My Questions:

Why will "tip the scales" removed? Why medium Artillery Cruiser will get more range? Why will Get My Good Side do not triggered from rear? This makes the OB useless for corvettes and the light Artillery Cruiser.

As mentioned via the stream, these changes were made by our dev team as a result of bigger and better things to come. With the direction that Dreadnought is going in, they felt these changes felt right.

Right now these changes are just on paper so to speak, but we want to see how everyone feels about them ingame. It's almost time.

if you keep tip the scales can you make it so that the healing activates faster when you have it but only the aditional healing ex: after 0.2 seconds it does 200 heals per second and after 4 seconds it starts healing 400 per second or whatever it is at full.

just watched re-play vod and read the patch notes. I thought I heard at one point in the past that ALL of the ob's were going to be made available at tier 3 to aid in the transition to the higher tiers ? I did not see anything in the patch notes regaurding this or adding support for larger resolution monitors. ( multi-monitor) Are either or both in the pipeline for a later date or completely off the table ?

Feedback: The buff to the medium arty is not deserved. The medium arty is tanky, hard to hit, and fast, whereas the heavy one is super easy to die and hard to aim. The higher range of medium arty means it can out-snipe all other ships and makes the heavy one obselete.

Survival instinct to 25% is a bit much - ships that are still relavent at that health don't benefit from a faster reload speed. I think 35% is probably a more balanced number.

Glass cannon / destruction cascade are solid buffs. Although I think glass cannon is going to overpower the other modules now because keeping yourself at 100% health is pretty easy.

the patch notes that have been posted are just a snapshot of the full patch notes. There are over 300 bug fixes in this patch alone. A lot of what was said may show up in the full patch notes when the game launches on steam.

"Soon"TM. Basicly just waiting on Valve to give the green light, that assuming they did submit the live build to Valve last night as intended, it can take between 2-5 days for Valve to tell them they are good to go, as long as there are no problems with the submission. Theysaid on the live stream that once Valve tell them they are good to go, the game will be going down for the exstended maintenuns of 2-4 days, then the game will be live on steam. Kepp an eye on Facebook/Twitter for updates as the forums will be down for are 12 hours, i believe, while the maintenance is carried out.

I agree that the range buff for Akula Vektor Artillery Cruisers is unwarranted and possibly severely balance damaging. Bad Idea

I can't see why they went with this version of glass cannon. This is now choice nr. 1 for weapon OB for all ships, except dreads. Also a huge buff for corvettes, which certainly didn't need that.

Just for the love of god why, why would you want to bring the ships closer to the action and then give the av arty a 1 and 1.5 km advantage over every other ship in the game? Adding insult to the already minute hitbox, sizeable hit and superior health. An explanation to this particular buff would be nice as it seems completely pulled from thin air and no other propper counter other than "Git gut" .
