No credit for matches

I have noticed sometimes I don't get credit for matches. I play from the begining of a match till the end where I see the leaderboard and my rewards. when I get back to the hanger I have recieved nothing for it. I just started playing a couple of days ago but this has happened twice already. I waited and even logged out and back in but the rewards never showed up. I'm on the PS4.

I experienced the same issue after unlocking the Gora this evening and playing a Legendary match. I have opened a support ticket.

Some people have reported a game restart corrects the problem.

I have been hit a few times with no credit after a match but here is a new twist. I was up 190k+ with credits after that match I was down to 20k credits... I my xp conversion was untouched.

Have you gotten anywhere with support? After answering a batch of questions on the 24th I've heard nothing. I've even sent specific times and instances it occurred. It is still happening.

It has been thanks giving for them, so they might have been off/on a reduced staff for the holidays. They are normally very quick.
