The crashes are insane. About evety 4 matches the game crashes on me and a fair amount when Ive tried to get back into the match its ended That means Im out all the xp and credits earned for that match and its only worse when your near or at the top of the leaderboard.

Not only do the devs need to fix this (the hotfix didnt fix this issue) but really you need to start compensating players for the xp and credits theyve lost. Its just ridiculous at this point.

When I played for a few hours at the weekend I was wondering what everyone was complaining about, I played loads of matched with no problem. But then the crashing started...

1 in 3 or 4 sounds about right. Usually I can reconnect before the game finishes, but it's hardly ideal.

Thanks for the update, it's appreciated. It was getting to the point where they crashes were more aggravting than the server being down.

I myself haven't experienced crashes but my friend has. Almost every 3rd game or so, he gets disconnected. And his internet connection is great. Seems to be a specific issue. Otherwise I should also be suffering disconnects.

Ive been kicked out 3 times this morning alone and lost all those xp and credits. When is this going to be fixed?

I was in a legendary match wrecking things with my Athos. 2 command ship kills and about 6 regular kills. All gone because I got kicked out and the match was done by the time I had to go through 5 minutes of logging in. Unreal...

The other day, five times in an hour and a half. At best it's every three or four matches. today it happened on my second match and just now two matches later. Can't play this way. I waited the three weeks after i found this game during the update to play it. That was frustrating but i thought it was worth it when i finally got to play. I hit veteran level and am a little frustrated with the disparity in matchmaking. New players with starter tier 3 ships against lvl 50 vets with maxed out tier 4 is just a slaughter. i understand it makes for quicker match times and again just go with it but being kicked out every other match is just to much.

Our teams are actively working on the blue screen fixes. We'll be providing more details as soon as we have them locked into place and finalized.

Any word on the fixes? In a third of the games i played yesterday, i was stuck with a ship i didn't pick. 10 blue screens and 3 infinite loading screens. I really like this game and hate to complain all the time but it's been over a month.
