I think SteelReign is completely correct.

I too love the combat in this game, and want to see it succeed, I just feel the matchmaking and progression wrapper around that combat is flawed.

It will take some time for us to get Dreadnought to a point where it feels right across the board, just bear with us. It's what we plan on doing through the closed beta and then some. It's looking like the hotfix tomorrow will contain the matchmaking adjustments that were expected in next weeks. So that's something to look forward too. We'll be talking more about it as soon as we receive more info, for example, the time it lands tomorrow, etc.

I hope this hotfix also include fix for "0 credits bug". Because until game stops displaying 0 instead of our real amount we still be unable to buy anything, and this long-awaited hotfix will be useless and disappointing. And just to remind: relogin doesn't work at this point of bug progression(can bug self progress??). So it need to be fixed for today update to take effect at all.
I wouldn't try to rush anyone or express to much worry-about, but reading related forum topic i got the impression that dev team or support consider that 0 credits issue as a low priority "workaroundable" thingy. Well.. it was like that for some time and some people. Now it is blocking whole economic aspect of the game.

I have had this "0 credits bug" effect as well, typically at the end of a match.
Relaunch of the game has always remedied it so far. Not great, but there it is.

It will be out today, though we're unsure of what exactly the time will be at this very moment. We'll be informing all of you as soon as we have that information.
