Yesterday, 11/25, everything was pretty smooth sailing. 5, maybe a 10 minute queue tops, was having a good time so I decided to blow some $ on gold to go premium. Today? Back to the same old nonsense of hours and hours of waiting with no queue pop.

Well, if this trend continues GB's going to have to decide what's more important; the quick cash grab it had or the bad press/reviews it's likely to receive if/when they don't take care of their customer base. If they're smart, and I'm really hoping they are because I do like this game, they'll at the very least compensate people the premium time they'd paid for but were unable to utilize.
