Upon crash or logging out, all ships and credits are lost

T3 ship, gone. Credit used for buying it, gone as well.
Great game, I'll stop playing it for a while, again.

Lost my tier 2 ships I purchased yesterday. Bought them again, unlocked and bought tier 3 Oberon Corvette and unlocked Drain Torps/Ab and bought them. Logged in today and still have tier 2 ships but no longer have tier 3 Oberon Corvette. I used GP from founders pack to buy credits so am actually down actual money. This is rediculous and I cant play the game like this.

I've submitted bug reports/emailed Greybox through the website and they have said its known and are asking for details from players, dont forget to report bugs and reply to them.

We've deployed another fix for the issue of disappearing items.

This will not retroactively solve the problem and refund items. BUT no more items should disappear that are purchased from now on. If you buy an item now and it does disappear, please let us know immediately.

If you have not yet done so, please get in touch with customer support and let them know what you're missing.

This happend to me to... playd 3 matches and bought a tier 2 tactical Orcus and after i loged in again ship disapeard and credits also.
What can i do to get them back?

So I took some screenshots, mostly for the time stamp. I know you guys said you just fixed this a few hours ago. But unless that went live like 11 hours ago from now I was probably playing before. I didn't seem to have the bug. I only bought 1 t2 ship and 1 module for it. But repeatedly relogged and was okay. Gonna post these pictures anyways just cause..

Right before I logged out for the first time since beta reset.

Upon logging out and immediately logging back in (without closing the launcher).. (Apparently I overrode the file, the time stamps shoulda been a lot closer together).

Waiting 5m (instead of logging in right away)

Waiting and closing the launcher as well.

After doing a computer restart and logging back in

And then finally after logging back in today (apparently 3 hours after another fix)

I have lost a Nav and a Trafalgar today after logging out then in. Time to stop playing until its fixed!

Just to update, I was refunded the credits that I spent on the ships. Thanks!

after telling support, they gave me the T2 arti back, i guess that fixes it for now, also the 4k resolution bug where i cant log in anymore is gone, but i still have to set it back to 4k manually every time i log in.

EDIT: correction the bug happened again just now, showing only 1/4th of the screen and no way to get rid of it or alt tab to anything else, even the task manager of windows. restart was the only option.

Just to echo what DN_Timo has said so people hopefully don't miss it. Another fix for the issue regarding disappearing items has been deployed. No more items that were purchased should disappear from now on. However, if you WERE affected by this issue, or you DO buy an item and it disappears please let us know immediately. The support worked well! Today in the morning have tried to buy a t2 ship and it finally saved. Hovewer I'm testing the game with all the t2 ships at the moment, hope to get some more good news ^^ However there is still a bug with ship selection in the beginning of the match.

Seems like you should buy a ship and then play at least one match with it or it won't be saved... smile
