Spam. WHY?!

I see you guys have taken measures.

At least if I attempt to even edit my post more often than every 30s (like, twice in a row in a quick succession, when you forgot that comma) - the post gets immediately deleted and I'm muted at least for an hour. And then I have to pass a captcha. Just in case.

I've got to admit, that's something.

And yet the bots continue to flood the living sh-t out of forums on a daily basis. One post every 30s, like it's no big deal.
Again, being a human, I'm not allowed to post, while bots still do thier thing freely.
Something wrong with this, isn't it?

How hard is that (REALLY!) to simply introduce a limit of THREADS(not posts) one account can create per hour?
Or force a captcha pass, when creating a thread?

I've got to admit, that stuff isn't really user friendly at all. Nor can I say it's efficient.
