Elite Status Glitch that took my gold.

The first time I logged in after the download of the new patch, the game said I had no Elite Status any longer. I was sure I had about 2 weeks left. So I bought 7 days worth. Nothing happened. I left the store and went to the Hanger and tried again. Still no elite status. I waited a bit (3-4 min.) Realized I had a second launch window open for the game, which I closed. I then returned to the hanger and the game charged me 4X - one week boxes of Elite status. It also remembered I had 16 days still remaining of Elite status. there is a glitch of some sort in the elite status recording. I would like 1200 of my gold returned and use the other 1200 gold to buy 30 days elite so I end up with 54-56 days of elite total.
Thank you for any help you can give. I did want 30 days more elite just not at the1 week ea. price.

Sorry you're running into issues with Elite Status, we've been made aware this is happening. While that does not make it any easier for your situation, we are actively looking into what is going on with Elite Status and exploring the next steps. We don't have anything solid yet to share on what is happening or what we're going to do, but as soon as we do we'll share it out with you. As thedeath mentioned, reaching out to our CS team will help provide some critical insight into this.
