Our team has recently resolved a number of store-related issues regarding the purchase of PSN store items and Elite Status on both PC and PS4 platforms.
Yesterday, we identified that due to our increased server load, PSN store purchases (Founder’s Packs, the Hactar hero ship, and GP packs) were taking a significantly longer time than intended to redeem. The team has been hard at work identifying the cause for the delays experienced when receiving items and have greatly reduced this delay. Please allow a few moment’s delay before your items are visible in-game. This is intentional and allows for the items to clear the PSN store and appear in Dreadnought. If you redeem anything from the PSN store for Dreadnought and it takes 7+ minutes to appear, please contact our Customer Support Team here.
We have also resolved an issue that appeared this morning, on PC and PS4, where newly purchased Elite Status time is not being appropriately applied to after-match bonuses of Credits and XP. We have restarted both PC and PS4 servers as of 11:15 PM UTC, and this has resolved the issue. Your Elite Status should now be appearing and crediting you the proper bonuses. Please be aware there is a known issue on PC as of 1.8.0 where your Elite Status time doesn’t appear correct in-game unless you mouse-hover over it.
