Both are not really good in most situation, unless you have a pocket healer with purge beam, if so , go weapon amp.

weapon AMP, i've only found stasis anything useful while playing a sniper for either stopping corvettes, holding a target in place for the bomb catapult, or preventing an opponent from charging in close. On other ships it's a crutch used to compensate for bad aim and ultimately hinders the player in improving their aim.

Weapon AMP is good, but there are generally better modules. What ship are you building and how are you piloting it?

The only thing viable against T5 is purge. Take whatever has purge in it
