Be sure to include both your DxDiag and MSINFO files as well. I will include instructions below.
Please follow the instructions on how to get your DxDiag below:
-Press the "Windows Key" + R.
-In the "Run" window type DXDIAG.
-Once the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, press “Save All Information.”
-Save your DxDiag to your desktop.
-Attach your DxDiag to your response.
Please follow the instructions on how to get your MSINFO below:
Before you create and submit your MSINFO file please ensure that your copy of Windows is fully updated, you can do this here: http://update.microsoft.com/
-Press Windows Key + R.
-Type MSInfo32 and press Enter.
-In the MSInfo diagnostic window, click File, then Save.
-When the Save As window appears, choose Desktop.
-Name the file "MSInfo" and click Save.

How funny, we get a typical copy/paste response to this problem that does absolutely nothing to address the issue. Furthermore, the response directs us to contact support, yet the developers never listen to us anyway. The epic part of this is, instead of getting help from the developers about this problem, we have players helping players fix their own bugs.
