Awww, and I just reached level 20. Well if the update fixes the many bugs that I have found in the game, then I am happy. Just as long as I get my GP back, I am happy. Also, I hope that they give us a update post that shows everything that they have done in the new update. I really would like to see if they up the power on the Cattaro, it needs a buff if its going to be an aggressive tactical cruiser, but we will see.

Well like I said before, Not all tactical cruisers in this game involve healing. If you want the tactical cruisers to be something else, give them something else to do besides healing, because there damage output is horrible.

I have been trying to play as a cattoro to get people to stop thinking of them as a healer and start to make them think of something else, but sadly, they have made cruisers very weak. The Cattaro is supposed to be an attacker based cruiser but everything I fire my lazer at anything besides a aion or corvette, i see nothing happen to there health bar. Even with weapon amp, i barely scratch anything. If you want cruisers to stop being healers so much, then fix it so that they can do other things. Give them the chance to lay more types of mines besides nukes and the other one. Nukes are ok if you place them at choke points, but they can't be used to defend yourself.

So I have been playing the game, and I know that we will lose things when update 2.0 comes out, but my question is whether the GP that we have will be restored, or will we not be reimbursed for the items that we purchase with the GP.

I hope they keep the blast pulse powered up, as it seems sometimes the only way of taking down a corv when in a tactical cruiser.

More people need to post.

I like this explanation. Perhaps we might see some transhuman ships that are actually bio-ships in the future. That would be amazing to see and play as.

So I was wondering what the Transhuman war was. It is mentioned in the game several times, from battle areas and ships that are created, but what happened? It probably will be revealed once the game gets closer to release, but I am wondering what people think happened. From some of the mentioned ships, it sounds like either an advance human race either decedent of earth or humanity from another place, had powerful ships that some of the ships of the game are developed from. What really perked my interest, was the mention of the hero ship Outis, which apparently was a bio-ship, as it speaks in its lore that it had biological armor before it died. It used to be owned by Oberon, which I believe was a Transhuman, but that might mean that the idea that transhumans are not from earth, as I feel that Earth based humanity doesn't have access to biological space travel. So who where the transhumans?

Ship Name: The Yamato

Captain Name: Susumu Kodai

Ship Model: Zmey [Modeled after spaceship yamoto] smile

Loadout:

-Repeater guns

-Warp drive, interceptors, Slug torpedoes, Can't think of a fourth

-(Officer Briefings)

Short Story

Its the Spaceship Yamato. That is all. smile

*Note: For balance reasons, it is recommended that hero ships should have competitive but sub-optimal loadouts.

Anyone ever notice how the front of the Nox looks like a hanger bay? Would actually be quite funny to see it become a carrier, and I could see it as a carrier. Already going to be sitting back, and would almost act the same way, except it would take more time for its attacks to hit, as teh fighters would have to fly from the ship to the target and then back, but I can bet it would be just as powerful of an attack as a normal sniper ship.

I did actually notice that, and I've also seen hangar-like elements on several other ships too (but not as pronounced. One of the more noticeable ones is the Fulgora, which has a hatch on the back. This is more obvious with the Outis stern attached, as it accentuates it. The Grenada also appears to have a bulky door near the stern, with a short runway). It's gotten to the point there I suspect those are shuttle bays, and probably intended to be the primary method of the crew and supplies to get on/off the ship.

Also, the Silesia forecastle invalidates the Nox as a possible carrier, as it completely covers the hangar.

I know, I was just stating a strange fact about the Nox.
