If you are having issues with the game when attempting to launch Dreadnought, please send a ticket to Customer Service under the request labeled, "I'm having a technical problem," and we will get in touch with you ASAP! To speed up the process, could you please send us your MSINFO, DxDiag, logs and a screenshot of the error you are seeing? I will write the instructions on how to do so below.


Please follow the instructions below for obtaining your DxDiag file:

Press the "Windows Key" + R.

In the "Run" window type DXDIAG.

Once the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, press “Save All Information.”

Save your DxDiag to your desktop.

* Attach your DxDiag to your response.


Please follow the instructions on how to get your MSINFO below:

Press Windows Key + R.

Type MSInfo32 and press Enter.

In the MSInfo diagnostic window, click File, then Save.

When the Save As window appears, choose Desktop.

* Name the file "MSInfo" and click Save.


Please follow the instructions on how to get your Dreadnought Logs:

Visit this file path (modify the user name to the account you're using and make sure the drive letter is correct): C:\Users\AppData\Local\DreadGame\Saved

Right-click the "Logs" folder, select "Send To," and choose "compressed (zipped) folder."

* Attach the compressed file to your response.


Lastly, please send us a screenshot of the Serialization error you are seeing when you attempt to launch the game.

What's the deal with performance?


I used to play it long ago, in early Alpha, and could pull off High details just fine with my old Radeon. Now I run flippin GTX 1080 and it's not good enough?

Even sound is choppy.


I also see that the issue with fonts not being tack sharp is still not fixed, though it's a minor nuance comparing to the godawful performance.


I can run Star Citizen fine and Dreadnought struggles to maintain stable 30 FPS.


Meanwhile it seems that Support crew can't even stop the Elite Status clock, so looks like I'll have it wasted before even having a chance to try the game.


What a disaster...
