Sadly resorting to using Windows 10 via VirtualBox VM on Mac as my PC is busted, and when I attempt to launch the game I get teh error message "DX11 feature 10.0 is required to run the engine". Anyone have any experience with this or suggest a fix? Thanks! smile



Unfortunately we don't provide support for Mac even using bootcamp to emulate windows. I can tell you, though, that the error you're getting may mean that the video card on your mac does not support directx 11. As the player above suggested, you can update the graphics drivers and see if that resolves the issue, but if it persists, it likely means the GPU just cannot run DirectX 11 and won't be able to play the game.

If you purchase the bundle and don't see it in game, it is true that there's a display bug that doesn't show it correctly, but if you're concerned, you can always submit a support ticket and we can look into it for you to make sure that the pack has been applied to your account properly.

If you are experiencing this bug, please grab some screenshots of your hangar showing "become elite" and the end of match screen, which should show that you're still getting the elite status bonus, and submit a support ticket so we can add the information to the bug report.

If you are experiencing this issue where your elite status is not displaying, it is a bug. Please gather some screenshots showing that your status shows "become elite" and a cap from the end of a match as SmokerT69 said, and send in a support ticket so we can attach the information to our bug report and QA can look into it.

In some cases, if you get the double login, it can also mean that your launcher didn't update properly, and you need to repair or reinstall the game.

Your posts always seem pretty on the ball, so I assumed as much. Hence the "IF" in my statement above smile

It is worth noting that bypassing the launcher and integrating with steam can cause problems with patching for updates. If you do this and encounter issues where it tells you that it cannot connect to the server when the servers are up, please go back to launching from the Dreadnought launcher to fix it. We've also seen this come up when people bypass the launcher by making a shortcut to "dreadgame" on their start bar, for example. For best results, you should always open the game using the official Dreadnought launcher.
