We have received reports where players are unable to login to Dreadnought but can login to the website with the same credentials and are working with our development team to find a solution. There has been a lot of success resolving this issue by using a different Windows profile. At this time I would like for you to try to launch Dreadnought while on a different Windows profile. If you do not already have a second profile, then I suggest going ahead and creating one now. If you are unsure how to create a new Windows profile just follow the instructions below.

How to create a new Windows profile.

1. Open the Start menu

2. Click on Control Panel

3. Click on User Accounts (sometimes it is called User Account and Family Safety)

4. Click on User Accounts

5. Click on the Manage User Accounts option

6. On the User Accounts window click on the Add button.

From here, all you need to do is follow the instructions on the Add New User window. Once you have created the new user please try logging into Dreadnought using the new Windows account.

Please let me know if the problem still persists and I will troubleshoot the issue further.
