AKULA VEKTOR: AN UNCOMPROMISING POWERHOUSE

Akula Vektor controls its territory with a disciplined, iron fist. While its members are unsophisticated, no-nonsense realists, their ultimate goal is steadfastly optimistic: to create a battleship that is incapable of being destroyed.

As its name suggests, Akula Vektor is a combination of two megacorps: Akula, an established defense manufacturer, and Vektor, an experienced producer of anti-gravity systems, artificial environments and other civil tech. Its employees live to work, and only stop to celebrate the launch of a new ship—albeit in a controlled, sternly reverent manner.

SLEEK, WELL-CRAFTED MACHINES OF WAR

Akula Vektor ships are intensely powerful beasts. Each one is cloaked in smooth panels of armor, which fit together without any visible rivets or bolts. In contrast to their cold, dark exteriors, Akula vessels have thrusters that burn with a deep red reminiscent of a blazing forge.

The first ship in the Akula Vektor Manufacturer Tree is the Rurik: a potent, yet minimally armored, Artillery Cruiser, followed by the slightly more advanced Tugarin. From there, you can unlock the Vucari, a powerful, tier-III Artillery Cruiser—or take command of the Nav, a versatile, well-armed tier-II Dreadnought.

THE TECH BEHIND AKULA VEKTOR

The surfaces of Akula Vektor ships are rarely blemished or scratched, thanks to nano-armor technology that takes care of constant repairs. The Tech Tree for the Stribog, a formidable tier-IV Corvette, reveals a wide range of similarly advanced weapons and modules that you can unlock and explore.
