I am just hoping that by the time you release the game on steam you guys finally wake up and divide all of the tiers into separate groups. A launch on steam is great, but not when all the players you just gained hit the T3 wall and throw the game in the preverbial trash. Now i point out T3 because its not the longest grind but is very close and is by far the most difficult tier to surpass due to the gap between T3 and T4 being the largest.(In regards to health and damage from ships/modules)

To be honest our focus is currently set on the content that is coming with 1.13 that is now going to be available on Steam launch. You can read more about what to expect right here. Recruit, Veteren, and Legendary fleets will remain. Not long after Steam launch we'll be looking into balance and overall game flow improvements. But we appreciate the feedback and will continue to want whatever feedback the community may have. Our goal is to make Dreadnought the best it possibly can be, and we're getting there.

Why there is a a huge difference betwin Steam system requirements and those written on the web page? What has changed, so that the game may become unplayable to a wider audience, because of the above?

Perhaps SixFoot isn't confident enough

As we're still going through the motions of development the system requirements can, and will, change. UE4 is optimized incredibly well, so if you can play Dreadnought now, it should only get better and better. When we launch on Steam, Dreadnought will not only be optimized better, but it will perform better in a variety of ways. The current Steam page system requirements are still waiting to be finalized. Don't fret!

Nah, we most definitely are. The build coming to Steam (and PS4) is better in every single way, and just gives Dreadnought an even brighter future.

What can I say?

I despise Steam for its DRM, online surveillance and market dominance, so I always favored Dreadnought as an indepent production.

Guess that's another good-bye to a favorite game of mine.

Can't say I'm mad at you though, I learned my lesson in the past to never spend money on a game I do not actually own.

And it shows yet again that I was right to do so, for now I would have lost everything.

Your game, your decision.

It was fun playing.

-1 user for the stats, don't think it's gonna make a difference.

Back to good old games!

Is development saying that once the PC version is launched on Steam, that I will be unable to play Dreadnought unless I do so through Steam?
