Sorry for the delay!

Just to clear up some confusion about keyholes:

Keyhole images are NOT linked to a specific keyhole. Each keyhole location is not assigned an image. You unlock them in sequential order. For example, if you only find a keyhole in Stage 4, you'll unlock just the first image.

There is no way to tell which keyhole you have missed. You'll have to go back to each location to find the missing one to complete your keyhole collection.
