Not sure how to describe it, but it looks like this:

I've seen it multiple times, it looks a little like the disappearing animation of shades, but not sure why it would be red/pink.

It's also in the same location every time, but there's nothing there when you go there.

Does anybody have any ideas of what it might be? Or maybe if it's a bug, a Dev could chime in? :-P

EDIT: in retrospect, it's probably the fox-disappearing animation, but it's strange that it would appear over there
